Precision Investment Castings
FineCast manufactures precision cast parts using the investment casting (lost wax) process.
We compete in our market by offering our customers fast processing time and premier service.
FineCast can produce and machine parts in a wide range of ferrous, aluminum and copper alloys. We can satisfy the full range of customer requirements for a finished part. We have suppliers for heat treating, plating, passivation, annodizing and numerous other finishing operations.
Our machine shop includes CNC equipment and associate skills developed since 1975. The equipment list includes CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, turning centers, various types of drill processes, plus blanchard and other grinding equipment.
FineCast allows ready access to service, engineering and manufacturing associates to answer any questions that you might have.
We are also eager to assist you with design, alloy selection and other engineering issues.

Since 1988 FineCast has adopted rapid cycle time processing and employee involvement. Cycle time is currently 14 days, excluding any secondary operations, and we are improving on that. We can satisfy customers that respond rapidly to their market.
